Perfectly soft and chewy funfetti cookie bars made in a sheet pan! Perfect for feeding a crowd and so easy to make!
I needed to make a treat to feed a crowd and had all the ingredients on hand to make these Sheet Pan funfetti cookie bars.
I don’t know if there is any tastier flavor than “funfetti. “They turned out perfectly!
I love making desserts in sheet pans because they are easy to transport and can easily feed 20+ people!

Ingredients for this recipe:
- 1 cup butter (softened to room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sprinkles
How to make these Sheet Pan Funfetti Bars:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Add baking powder, salt and flour and mix until well combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles, reserving some of them to sprinkle on top before baking.
- Spray a half baking sheet (18 x 13 inch) with nonstick cooking spray, spread dough out evenly and top with remaining sprinkles.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until middle is set and edges are golden brown.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
These cookie bars were so soft and chewy! Everyone loved them so much that we didn’t have any leftovers!

Ingredients

- Don’t forget to spray your pan before you put the batter in it.

We have not made these with self rising flour. You would have to go by other similar recipes you have substituted the flour with.
